Hello! I’m BREE, and I’m excited to be your coach on this empowering journey! After serving in the Navy for six years, I faced one of my biggest challenges when I tore my ACL playing rugby. That injury led to weight gain and a period in my life when I felt my heaviest and most insecure.

I struggled with my body image, avoiding photos and trying countless fad diets that only left me feeling frustrated and defeated. But through this experience, I discovered the importance of resilience, self-love, and a sustainable approach to fitness.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing the tools and strategies I’ve learned to help other women achieve their goals. I’ve already had the privilege of guiding many women on their journeys, helping them not only lose weight but also build confidence and embrace their unique curves.

What I love most about coaching is witnessing the transformation when my clients realize just how strong and capable they are. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your lifestyle and empowers you to thrive.
