Hi, I’m Bree! I’m so excited to be your coach on this journey. After serving six years in the Navy, I faced one of my toughest battles when I tore my ACL playing rugby. That injury led to weight gain and struggles with body image, but it also taught me resilience, self-love, and the power of a sustainable approach to fitness. Now, I help women lose weight while keeping their beautiful curves, building confidence, and creating lasting change. My passion is seeing women realize just how strong and capable they are, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way!
